Shipping and Returns
As part of our launch promotion shipping is currently absolutely free. To anywhere worldwide.
It's very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible.
It takes about 3-5 business days to fulfill orders. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
Our merchandise is sent by airmail from our partner fulfillment centers around the world. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Chartscape does not take responsibility for possible fees. Chartscape is based in Australia and does need to charge Australian customers GST.
We use Printful to supply on demand printing from over 15 centres around the world. If you're in the US, Canada, Europe, South America, Japan or Australasia then we've likely got you covered. For a full list of these fulfilment centres visit https://www.printful.com/about.
If the product you've received is misprinted or damaged, then we'd be happy to take it off your hands, or replace it, within 30 days of your order. Returns for damaged or misprinted items are free. Chartscape will provide a pre-paid mailing label for the return.
Chartscape does not refund orders for buyer's remorse.
Returns procedure for damaged or misprinted goods
1. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you're unhappy with.
2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
Our lookup list on the home page supports the S&P 500, ASX20, Bitcoin, Ethereum and several commodities. However we also support a number of other stocks, cryptos and commodities. These can be directly input to the ticker field, in the format TICKER.EXCHANGE (i.e. AZN.LSE for AstraZeneca on the London Stock Exchange). Some of the major exchanges that we support are:
.AU - Australian Exchange
.COMM - Commodities
.FOREX - Forex
.F - Frankfurt Exchange
.HK - Hong Kong Exchange
.LSE- London Exchange
.SHG - Shanghai Exchange
.US - US Stocks
Absolutely! We're always after creative ideas to help make beautiful Chartscapes. If you're an illustrator or artist with an idea then please use the Contact page to get in touch. We're particularly interested in concepts focused on a particular stock, such as Tesla, McDonalds or Amazon.
We use a third party stock market API to fetch end of day data for the S&P 500, several major cryptocurrencies & commodities and the ASX20 . To make an interesting looking chart profile to site on your Chartscape it is advised to have a coverage of at least 30 days.
If that stock code that you're looking for doesn't appear in our list then you can try to manually enter the code. For US shares enter the ticker followed by a ".US". eg. "APPL.US". For Australian shares use ".AU", crypto is ".CC" and commodities is ".COMM".
There's a whole rabbit hole we could happily go down here! How about making a Chartscape of your investment (say Tesla shares from 2020 - 2021), then turning it into a NFT and having that also increase in value? It's something we're looking into. In the near future we do see some possibility to offer our customers the option to buy a print or buy an NFT. Stay posted.
